  Not impressed, I've tried this barbers a couple of times:
  1st visit: Booked with a senior member of staff who only had one appointment available at 5.30pm. I drove in heavy traffic however when I arrived a junior barber cut my hair (poorly). I have short hair but I was charged £16 for a dry cut when this service is advertised at £12.50 for a shampoo & cut on their own website. The junior barber had appointments available all day so I could have visited at any time and avoided traffic. No apology or explanation was offered by staff.
  
  2nd visit: Morning appointment with a female barber. The salon was freezing cold and, with only one small heater in operation, I could see my breath in the air. My hair was washed whilst leaning forward into a belfast sink staring down into a plug hole! Very uncomfortable and unprofessional in my opinion. No music, no atmosphere and I struggled to make any conversation with the barber. Not a bad haircut on this occasion but the charge this time was £16.50; more than advertised on their own website, Facebook and Booksy.
  
  Now I am receiving annoying text messages advertising the salon. These appear to be sent from Booksy but I suspect are coming direct from the salon because I can't seem to stop them despite deleting my Booksy account details.
  
  Sorry to leave a bad review; I wanted to like this barbers.
